Cancellation Policy
- Clients may cancel their service agreements with Airnex Soft Private Limited by providing written notice to info@airnexsoft.com at least 30 days before the desired cancellation date
- Any advance payments made for services beyond the cancellation date will be refunded on a pro-rata basis, excluding any non-refundable services as outlined in the Refund Policy.
- We reserve the right to cancel service agreements at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the client.
- In the event of cancellation by us, clients will receive a refund for any unused portion of services paid for in advance.
- Certain services, such as custom software development projects that require significant resources, may not be cancellable once work has commenced.
- Upon cancellation of services, all related data and information will be returned to the client or destroyed, as per the client's request and in compliance with our Privacy Policy.
